How to make it

    Simmer
    Combine sliced ginger and water. Simmer 15 min.
  2. 02
    Steep
    Remove from heat. Steep an additional 15 min.
  3. 03
    Strain & sweeten
    Press through fine mesh. Add sugar to warm liquid and stir to dissolve. Cool and bottle.
