How to make it

    Warm
    Combine pomegranate juice, sugar, and rosemary in a saucepan. Stir to dissolve over medium heat. Simmer 2 min. Do not boil.

    Steep
    Off heat, steep rosemary 20 min.
  3. 03
    Strain & finish
    Remove rosemary and strain. When cool, add red wine vinegar. Bottle and refrigerate.
