How to make it

    Hydrate
    Dissolve tamarind paste in warm water. Mash dates into mixture. Strain out fibers and seeds.

    Sweeten
    Add sugar to the tamarind-date liquid. Stir to dissolve.
  3. 03
    Finish
    Cool completely, then add apple cider vinegar. Bottle and refrigerate.
