    1 oz aged Jamaican rum, 1 oz rhum agricole vieux, 0.75 oz lime juice, 0.5 oz orange curaçao, 0.25 oz orgeat, 0.25 oz demerara syrup (2:1) in a shaker with crushed ice.

    Shake
    Hard, 8–10 seconds. Short, to preserve texture.

    Pour
    Unstrained into a double rocks glass.
  4. 04
    Top
    Mound crushed ice above the rim.
  5. 05
    Garnish
    Spent lime shell and a fresh mint sprig.
