How to make it

    Combine the cocktail base
    In a small jar: 1.5 oz mezcal, 0.5 oz Cointreau, 0.25 oz lime, 0.5 oz yuzu, 0.5 oz simple syrup.

    Add milk
    Pour the base SLOWLY into 0.975 oz whole milk. Curdle is immediate; don't shake.
  3. 03
    Rest
    Seal the jar and refrigerate at 4 °C for 4–8 hours. Single-serve punches clarify faster than batches.

    Strain
    Cheesecloth first, then coffee filter. Pour-through should be quick.
  5. 05
    Service
    Pour into a chilled coupe. Optional flaky salt rim on half the glass; thin lime wheel.
