    Combine
    1 oz each aged Demerara, aged Jamaican, and white Cuban-style rum, 0.75 oz lime, 0.75 oz white grapefruit, 0.75 oz soda water, 1 oz honey syrup (3:1) in a shaker with crushed ice.

    Shake
    Briefly, 5 seconds.

    Pour
    Unstrained into a double rocks glass.

    Top
    Mound with more crushed ice.

    Garnish
    Mint sprig, or a packed snow-cone of crushed ice with a straw through the center.
