    8–10 leaves in a Collins glass. Press gently — do not crush.

    2 oz white rum, 0.75 oz lime juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup. Fill with crushed ice.

    Vigorously, to chill and integrate.

    Top
    2 oz soda water. Mound crushed ice above the rim.

    Garnish
    Mint sprig and lime wheel.
